We collect name, email, phone, and business information during registration, plus booking data and usage data like log files and IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Platform, send appointment confirmations and reminders, process payments, communicate about your account, and improve our services.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share with Stripe (payments), Twilio (WhatsApp/SMS), Resend (email), and Supabase (storage). All are contractually bound to protect your data.

4. Client Data

Businesses are data controllers for client information collected through the booking flow. JOZUFY processes this data as a data processor.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, row-level security, and secure authentication. No internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Booking data is retained for 3 years. Contact legal@jozufy.com to request deletion.

7. Cookies

JOZUFY uses essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. WhatsApp and SMS

Phone numbers are used solely for appointment confirmations and reminders. Clients can opt out by replying STOP.

9. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. Contact legal@jozufy.com to exercise these rights.

10. California Privacy (CCPA)

California residents may request data disclosure or deletion. We do not sell personal information. Contact legal@jozufy.com.

11. Childrens Privacy

JOZUFY is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
