By accessing or using JOZUFY, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
JOZUFY is an online booking platform for barbershops, salons, spas, and beauty businesses providing scheduling, reminders, client management, and payment tools.
Businesses must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Access requires a paid monthly subscription. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. A 14-day free trial is available with no credit card required.
A 10% platform fee applies to each deposit transaction processed through the Platform, automatically deducted at time of transaction.
Businesses accepting deposits must connect a Stripe account and agree to Stripes Terms of Service. JOZUFY is not responsible for payment disputes or chargebacks.
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, transmit spam, impersonate others, or collect user data without consent.
Businesses are responsible for obtaining client consent to collect personal data. JOZUFY processes this data as a data processor on behalf of Businesses.
By providing a phone number, clients consent to receive confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp or SMS. Clients can opt out by replying STOP.
JOZUFY and its content are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.
JOZUFY is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOZUFY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Access ceases at the end of the billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
